Over the years, I’ve successfully negotiated with a wide range of banks and lenders, coordinating loan modifications and sale date postponements, and securing short sale approvals — often with relocation assistance paid directly to homeowners, sometimes up to $30,000. I’ve even helped clients stop foreclosures on the very day of auction without the need to file bankruptcy.

Behind the scenes, I’m supported by a dedicated team that includes a licensed real estate assistant and a highly skilled transaction coordinator. Together, we handle every detail with professionalism and care, ensuring that every client receives the personal attention they deserve.
